We are so proud to announce that one of our own, Kris Kidd, is set to release his first memoir at the end of January/early February.
The book, entitled "Loose Tooth // Lost Youth" takes place over a two year period (ages 14-16), following the story of the author's eccentric coping mechanisms at the height of his father's alcoholism and in the wake of his suicide. It's a record of his decent into an all consuming eating disorder and drug and alcohol abuse in Los Angeles, California, while struggling to find happiness in his own skin.
It features unique photographs shot at the peak of it all, alongside original stories and poems written in the haze of his youth. Loose Tooth // Lost Youth is a testament to lost youth and finding yourself when everything else seems to be coming to an end.
The book will be available for sale online in softcopy and hard cover (with photo wrap) divided into three sections:
